We believe in complete communication, creativity, transparency, and legacy. All without ego. This is YOUR home, and we will be with you for the design journey, but we want your home to be Yours. Margery is a visionary who will create the perfect interiors for you. She and her team will listen closely and then intuitively create something special and unique for you.
At the end of the day, we want you to walk through your home and say, “Wow, I LOVE my home.” That’s our goal.
THE PROCESS
Margery Wedderburn Interiors works with you from start to finish. We are here every step of the way. Margery starts with a one-on-one consultation with you to go over your design needs and vision.
Our full-service design team focuses on new build homes, complete and partial renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, outdoor living spaces, specialty product design, space planning, architectural review, interior and exterior finish specification, custom millwork and interior, exterior furnishings and accessories.
Client Intake
This first phase is the foundation of your project. We will work collaboratively with you to learn everything we can about your dreams and goals for your home.
Space Planning
We create furniture plans to determine the best ways to utilize your spaces. Furniture layouts effectively help to determine what is required in the upcoming furniture selections.
Installation
We schedule and manage the delivery and installation of all furnishings, millwork, window treatments, lighting - everything!
Meetings
We meet with you several times over the course of the first few phases of the project. We want to intuitively know what will work best for you in your home.
Design Development
This is where we develop the overall vision and details. This will include mood boards, material palettes and color schemes as well as furniture and fixture selections.
Budget Advice
Struggling with your budget? We can determine where to save and where it's worth it to splurge!
Schematic Design
With all the client intake information we move forward to create a complete vision for your spaces. Still working closely with you on every detail.
Procurement
Once the furniture, fixtures, and finishes have been selected and approved by you, we begin to oversee the order process. This includes the purchasing and tracking of all items.
Resale Advice
Down the road we can also assist with what to focus on to make your home look its best and ready to sell.
