We can’t wait for the upcoming trends from Spring High Point Market 2023! In anticipation, we are reflecting on one of our favorite trends that we saw in High Point last fall – one being layered tables and ottomans. You’ve heard about layering things before, so why not your tables too! Nesting Tables are not a new phenomenon, but the layering that we were seeing last year was next level. It seemed like every showroom had vignettes featuring layered tables and ottomans in the center of their spaces.
This was one of our favorite trends that we saw this past year at market. Having multiple tables layered in the space helps add dimension to the design, and it is very easy to switch up the composition by moving pieces around. This can be a great idea to use in an entertaining space as the bunching of tables is easily adaptable to many different setups. If you need an extra drink table all you have to do is pull it over!
You can use layered tables in a variety of places, such as in the center of your living room or as side tables next to your sofa. Another spot that should be considered is your Foyer- we think that having layered center tables would look so luxe!
